my best thoughts always occur to me while brushing my teeth, showering, or doing other mundane things, so i actually do expect brilliant insights to come out in those moments lol

One of my favorite stories from the Zhuangzi ends with the quote “the Dao is in the piss and the shit !!” You’ve really hit that nail on the head here.

Broke: chasing beauty in miracles

Woke: chasing the beauty in the mundane

Bespoke: chasing the ugly in the mundane

Awake: realizing there is no difference between the three

Tenlightened: moving through this deconstruction to a point where the beauty/ugly in the sacred and the profane is reconstituted and re-individuated as nothing more and nothing less than the playful dance of the Dao👆🏽!
